Information you will need to supply:

  • Invoices for treatment including details and dates of treatment
  • Any veterinary reports
  • Post mortems in the event of death or humane destruction

  • Must call the vet immediately
  • Must inform MS Amlin Equine immediately
  • And Should the worst happen you must have a Post Mortem done to identify your horse and the cause of death.
