You can report every type of claim by e-mail. Are you involved in a collision with another vehicle? Then you can also report your damage via the Crashform app.

Online claim reporting via the Crahsform app

MS Amlin collaborates with a high-performance network of authorised repairers where you enjoy additional benefits, whether you are responsible or not.
Free replacement vehicle
A free replacement vehicle during the entire repair period.
Smooth service
MS Amlin has made agreements with the repairer to guarantee a smooth service: he will contact you within 24 hours to make an appointment and the start of the repair work will always be within 14 days.
Third-party payer system
If the damage to the vehicle is insured, MS Amlin will pay the invoice directly to the repairer, except for the deductible and recoverable VAT.
Quality guarantee
Warranty of at least 3 years on repairs and spare parts.
The garages have a quality label approved by the automobile industry.
Pick up & Delivery
The repairer will pick up your vehicle within a 30 km radius of your domicile and supply the replacement vehicle at the same time.
