Changes to making a claim for Syndicate 3210 policies (Previously – Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance).
MS Amlin has now put Mitsui Sumitomo Syndicate 3210 into ‘Reinsure To Close’ (RITC) and has entered into agreement with RiverStone Managing Agency Limited (RiverStone), who from 1 January 2019 will assume the liabilities of Syndicate 3210 for 2016 and prior years of account.
There are no changes to the claims process for policies written under Syndicate 2001.
Making a claim
For any new or existing claims enquiries relating to a Syndicate 3210 policy written during or before 2016, you will need to contact ‘RiverStone’ using the details below;
