MS Amlin Insurance SE and Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Company Limited (MSI) are happy to announce that they have jointly acquired the shares of Amlin Netherlands Holding (ANH).
ANH, which includes MS Amlin Marine NV as a fully owned subsidiary, is now jointly owned by MS AISE (90%) and MSI (10%) as of 1 January 2023.
