Appointment of Mrs Cécile Flandre as iNED and Chair Audit Committee

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Mrs Cécile Flandre as an independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee at MS Amlin Insurance SE who succeeds Mr Philip Calnan.

With a proven knowledge and experience in the insurance industry, Mrs Cécile Flandre brings excellent expertise to the company. We are delighted to have her on board and thank Mr Philip Calnan for his dedication and contributions to the company and wish him well in the future .
