Faster, easier ways to
report a new claim
You will be able to log a claim online and upload documents within 3 minutes via cDap. You will then be able to track the subsequent validation and progress. Traditional telephone / email reporting methods are also available with quick response times within a dedicated team.
For claims logged online email updates will be provided at key milestones e.g. acknowledgement and validation stages. Read-only access to real time information and documentation for individual claims via cDap enables you to view updates rather than call. A chat facility and email/telephone access to the dedicated team will also be available.
Within cDap, key MI is available for download into common formats at your convenience.
No backlogs, claim validations with 1 day and digital services offered immediately to third parties involved accidents will reduce the elapsed time from reporting a claim to final settlement.
Online reporting for you and your customers, faster validations and settlements and more engagement with third parties will mean fewer touch points and chasing for you and your clients.
