MS Amlin Insurance appoints Lise Lombard-Dumont as its new CFO
Brussels, Belgium – MS Amlin Insurance has appointed Lise Lombard-Dumont as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Ms. Lombard-Dumont joins MS Amlin with a wealth of experience in Finance. After five years at PWC as an auditor, she joined AXA in 2004, where during the following 19 years she held several senior finance positions in France and Asia, including senior financial manager in Japan, Head of regional reporting for AXA Asia P&C in Singapore, deputy CFO for AXA HK in Hong Kong, and regional CFO for AXA IT Asia.
Ms. Lombard-Dumont’s last assignment was in Paris, where she was in charge of steering the AXA group corporate structure, including the transformation of the group holding entity AXA SA into a fully-fledged internal captive reinsurer.

Based in Paris, Ms. Lombard-Dumont joined MS Amlin’s executive leadership team effective Mays 1st, 2023 and is taking over the CFO role from Mr. Frédéric Fischer, who has decided to pursue personal projects. During his tenure, Mr. Fischer implemented several changes that strengthened the company, including improving MS Amlin Insurance’s Business Planning, Expenses and Reinsurance processes. “The work that Frédéric carried out will continue to bear fruit in the coming years, and we’re grateful to him for his contributions,” said Mr. Sénécaut.
